POLICIES For your benefit and peace of mind, Destination NYC maintains the highest level of ethical practices concerning financial stability, insurance, and refund policies. Destination!NYC maintains $1,000,000.00 insurance coverage and guarantees to deposit 70 percent of all advanced bookings into a trust account for the benefit of guests entitled to refunds. DISCLAIMER Destination NYC, Inc. acts as an agent for the various suppliers of hotel accommodations, transportation and fine dining venues or other services connected with this tour. Such services are also subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Destination NYC and its respective employees, agents and respresentatives and assigns accept no liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence defect and/or default of any company or person performing these services. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the state or country in which they are provided. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes; we are not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours. Individual travellers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects. | |
